Bethesda Community Clinic exists for those patients who do not have private health insurance and cannot afford to pay for healthcare in the private sector. We provide medical care, health education, and select social services to patients of all ages. Our center offers a limited network of specialist providers; however we cannot guarantee access to specialty care. The following is a list of some of our medical services:
We also offer:
Medication Assistance through Prescription Assistance Program
Bethesda is staffed by paid employees and services are augmented by volunteers who desire to serve their neighbors in this setting. Our clinic also supports the mentoring of medical and nursing students who often have a role in patient care.
Services are based on appointments. The initial visit is $65 which includes a health interview and first exam. Labs, medications and other services are an additional fee. Financial assistance may be available for those who qualify, and are addressed on a per patient basis.
A deposit of $25 is required at the time of scheduling the appointment. The deposit is applied towards the cost of the appointment.
